Is it proving me with the nutrition I need to feel healthy and full of energy? When I decided I wanted to loose weight I started by INTERROGATING my diet. I read and I read ALOT. I quickly learnt that my daily diet ( made up of meals and snacks) was largely made up of #carbohydrates . Now this is not a dont eat carbs post because I am all about that #carblife but I realised my diet was not balanced. By eating a diet solely made up of #carbs I was hungry a lot my sugar cravings were at an all time high and I had energy highs and lows throughout the day. There are so many impacts on our bodies and how we feel each day if our diet is not well balanced. If you have improved your health you probably already know this but MOST foods are carbohydrates.
