HOW TO INTERROGATE YOUR DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS Long post but worth reading Ask yourself this when looking at your next meal or snack: how is this helping my current health and well-being? Is it? Is it proving me with the nutrition I need to feel healthy and full of energy? When I decided I wanted to loose weight I started by INTERROGATING my diet. I read and I read ALOT. A source of carbohydrates ( rice bread pasta vegetables salad) 3. A fat source ( avacado nuts seeds olive oil in my dressing etc) Learning to balance my plate was a GAME changer for me. So if its weight loss results you are after start by interrogating your diet ASK yourself what is your plate ACTUALLY made up of? What is your #diet really made up? Heres a thought: maybe you…… continued in comments
