I did this like an orange theory ESP workout. First block- Endurance: keep a brisk pace and work up to your all out towards the end. Go fast, but not so fast you can't run for 8 min without walking. Next block- Strength: Run or walk on an incline and increase inc % ever minute, ending at an all out level. Last blocl- Power: 30 sec walk/base, 30 sec YOUR BEST ALL OUT SPEEDS, FINISHING AT YOUR ALL OUT PR (personal record) PACE
