Ageism is discrimination or unfair treatment based on a person’s age. Judith is 87 years old she has to get an operation and has been told that she cant have it as its too much money by her GP.This leads to Depression as the pain she goes through is getting worse and she feels like she is been treated different even thought the nurses know she needs the operation of the pain in her hip causes her not to be able to walk so her depression gets worse daily as she sees the same four walls everyday.
